Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, with multiple shipping options available at checkout. If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a return and make it right. We can also exchange a block that was purchased incorrectly; any difference in price will either be charged or refunded. If a zirconia block arrives cracked or broken in half, we will replace the affected block or issue a refund. Please contact us with your order information and photos of any damaged item so we can assist you promptly.
